		<description><![CDATA[Great post!  I particularly like No.10 - Go Away! - you usually find things get done just fine if you&#039;re not there, and No.7 - one in one out - another great idea.

For things like regular reports or meeting whose value has become doubtful, I find the best way is to cancel them all together for a couple of weeks and then wait to see what you are really missing out on with them gone - if people don&#039;t start asking for them back, it was probably a waste of precious time!  Easier to cancel and then rebuild bit by bit than to try and cut things back slightly - similar to your Point No.6, Robert, about looking at things with a clean slate!
