Trust improves problem solving

In organizations where trust levels are low, problems become huge obstacles. Even small problems can cause time-consuming damage control while individuals or groups sort out reality from fiction. You can test this in your own organization by keeping track of how much time you spend on internal battles rather than focusing on external issues. When trust is high, problem solving is easier.
